Psalm 1:1-3~ “Blessed is the man who walks not in the counsel of the wicked,
nor stands in the way of sinners nor sits in the seat of scoffers;
but his delight is in the law of the LORD, and on His law he meditates day and night.
He is like a tree planted by streams of water that yields its fruit in its season,
and its leaf does not wither. In all that he does, he prospers.”
The Fool
I yawned and stretched out my roots. It was a nice day. I felt the warmth of the Sun on my leaves. The Farmer putted around us trees. He’s a nice man. I was surprised when He poured water on me. Drenched and stunned, I blinked and coughed. It was quite unpleasant. Why did the Farmer have to do that? I shook off in frustration. When dry again, I leaned back against the dirt and closed my eyes. Soon I was asleep.
Proverbs 1:7~ “The fear of the LORD is the beginning of knowledge;
fools despise wisdom and instruction.”
